Supported and granted tax relief for the reconstruction of the
Davenport Hotel.

Consolidated and streamlined business and construction permitting

Created tax incentives to encourage multi-residential housing

Served on the boards of the Downtown Spokane Partnership and the

Stopped the unnecessary and expensive proposed Lincoln Street Bridge.

Fought against placing the BN fueling depot over our aquifer.

Moved on aggressive zoning against adult entertainment establishments,
getting them farther away from schools, churches and neighborhoods.

Got the Growth Management Planning Process for the City passed and
back on track.

Passed a stronger Junk Car Ordinance.
